| tonight mc chris played at fat cats. for people that dont know who mc
chris is, he does the mc pee pants voices on aquateen and does hesh on
sealab on [adult swim]. anywho yea we had to sit through 3 other bands,
the other way home(?), buxter(?), o pioneers, who i personally liked
since they sounded like hot water music and against me, and then mc
chris.

since my friend's camera was complicated as fuck to use, my pictures
came out shit. so i used my camera phone and got a better pic than any
of the ones i took on his camera. he has a nice camera, i just didnt
know how to use it.
i bought a pin and mc chris signed the piece of duct tape that the guy
from O Pioneers! gave me for no aparent reason other than i was sitting
on stage
anywho so yea i'm sitting on the right corner of the stage on some
monitor and then after he plays "the tussin" i'm looking at my phone to
get pictures and he spits water in my face. IT WAS FRICKINAWWESOME! he
played a good amount of songs, and he started off with DQ Blizzard. oh
and he did some Hesh and MC Pee Pants impersonations.
he's funny as shit too. he talked about:
-nerd power
-ninja turtles
-mike jones
-burning down frat houses and watching frat boys bent brimmed white
hats explode and puka shell necklaces go everywhere and abercrombie
shit burning onto their flesh
-buying a giant vagina to play lazer tag in
and he gave us good news:
-aquateen movie coming out this december
-mc pee pants and carl action figures coming out soon, as well as meatwad and some other character
god mc chris kicks ass.

so i get off work today and i call oscar to see if he's still down for
the show. and he's like "Yea why not" so i go to fiesta and cash my
check then i head to his house and pick him up. then get some gas and
haul ass over to numbers to see reggie in full fuckin effect, and we
park 3 blocks away and we get in and lo and behold it is reggie. then
we hear 3 songs, one of which was "love" and we find out we missed half
his fucking set. so we were pissed. but having payed 20 dollars we
werent gonna whine and complain and not have 20 dollars worth of good
time, so we made the best of it and rocked out to some new found glory
because they headlined. and i must say, there's more energy in a new
found glory show than alot of snobby indie rock shows i've been to.
fuck scene kids.
